Presentation

Leslie is currently the head of Fendi France and Monaco, responsible for the P&L of the company. Before taking her current role, she was Senior Vice President of Global Client Development, Marketing & e-Retail at Christian Dior Couture, reporting to the CEO. She oversaw five distinct global teams: retail marketing, client development/CRM & VIP clients, e-retail, global contact center, and data intelligence — in addition to the local marketing teams. In that role, she managed Dior clients global P&L and all the sales development levers, across all BUs of Dior Couture: women & men RTW, leather goods, accessories, timepieces and fine jewellery. She defined & implemented the global marketing & go to market strategy, and managed all the investments, by country, to grow sales, develop the clients, and strengthen the brand positioning.
