Ayçe Nisancioglu is a consultant in the Diversity & Inclusion Consulting team for the International Region at Mercer. She is based in Paris, but part of a global team, she helps organisations establish D&I strategies to build the diverse and inclusive cultures, workplaces and workforces they need to meet the key business challenges. She helps with quantitative and qualitative assessments on how firms compare to best practices in diversity and inclusion. She conducts gender pay equity calculations, helps develop surveys and monitors the effectiveness with Mercer’s When Women and Thrive research. Her prior experience includes 19 years in HR consulting.
