Diana van Maasdijk is the Co-Founder & CEO at Equileap, an organization headquartered in Amsterdam aiming to accelerate progress towards gender equality in the workplace. Equileap provides data and insights on gender equality in the corporate sector, offering products and services tailored for investors, companies & governments. To date, 25% of all gender-lens investments in public markets globally is powered by Equileap data. Diana has significant experience in philanthropy and social impact investing. Prior to launching Equileap, she worked as Head of Philanthropy at ABN AMRO Private Bank and Director of Development at Mama Cash, the world's oldest international women's fund. She is of Dutch & Ecuadorian background and lives in Amsterdam.
