Julie Davico-Pahin is co-founder of Ombrea, the climate control system for crops using artificial intelligence. After starting her career as a journalist, she joined in 2016 Christian Davico, a former farmer, together they founded Ombrea. The start-up in Aix-en-Provence is developing a crop protection and management solution in the face of climate hazards. The team, composed mainly of agronomists, biology doctors and computer engineers, makes Ombrea a tech company serving farmers. As CEO, Julie supports a strong growth strategy. After raising 2 million euros, the company now has 25 employees. For her, the greatest satisfaction is to succeed in uniting a team around an ecologically project.
