Eric is the Managing Director of BVA, a global market research and consultancy group as well as the Founder and CEO of the BVA Nudge Unit, . He is a pioneer of applying behavioural economics learnings and Nudges to win at behavioural change with public policies, Fortune 500 companies, NGO and international organizations including the UN Gender Equality movement HeForShe. He is the author of 3 books specializing in the application of Nudge: “Nudge Marketing”, “Green Nudge” focused on sustainability and “Nudge Management” focused on creating a better work environment.
