Frances is a Partner in our Boston office, prior to this she lead our Global People Team, serving the Global People Chair across BCG's four regions. Selected relevant experience in this role includes: Creating the core strategy and overseeing execution for Women@BCG and People Teaming Open & Communications (PTO), Developing priorities for our future HR strategy including diversity, the People Operating Model, strategic placements, Implementing globally consistent programs and tracking results to ensure accountability
