Karima Silvent is a member of the AXA Group Management Committee since September 2019.
Graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (IEP) and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA), Karima SILVENT started her career at the French Ministry of Employment and Health in 1997 as Deputy and then Head of the National Fund for Employment.
In 2002, she joined the French state owned Health Service (AP-HP) as Deputy Human Resources Director. In 2007, she moved to Korian, a private health group, first as Group HR Director and in 2011 as Managing director for the French Business Line.
In April 2012, she joined AXA as Global HR Business Partner for the COO functions. In July 2016 – she became HR Director for AXA France, and since November 2017 has been Chief HR Officer for AXA Group.
