Peter joined P&G 21 years ago in his home country, Belgium. Over those years, he has worked in Belgium, Netherlands, UK & Switzerland in a variety of roles in the finance function. Peter is currently responsible for global audit & consult. Peter has been involved in D&I initiatives for many years and had a “turning point” three years ago when he joined a MARC workshop. MARC got him “hooked” and together with a group of MARC alumni, he has been running the MARC program within P&G, driving further awareness of D&I dynamics at play and inspiring more people to join them on the journey to gender equality. Through his work on MARC, he also now has the role of Chair of the LEAD membership committee.
