After a double master degree in Political Sciences and Mathematics, Iris spent a whole year in Washington D.C working for think tanks and politicians. Coming back to France, she enrolled in a double master degree between HEC Paris and SciencesPo Paris and founded consecutively her sneakers marketplace (Middleman.paris) and her non-profit organization (Observatoire Etudiant des Violences Sexuelles et Sexistes dans l'Enseignement Supérieur), an association dedicated to promoting gender equality on campus.
