Anna Peregon graduated from Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technology in 1998. She has started professional career at the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry in Novosibirsk, Russia working on carbon cycle in boreal ecosystems. Ms. Peregon obtained PhD degree in biology (Soil Science) in 2005 and she joined the Climate Change Research Program at NIES (Japan). In 2011, Dr. Peregon moved to Climate and Environment Sciences Laboratory (LSCE), France, first as Scientific Assistant of the IPCC 5th Asses. Report WG1-The Physical Science Basis. Since 2014, she contributed to developments of the Global Carbon Atlas led by Global Carbon Project (GCP) and supported by BNP Paribas.
