Ali Tisdall is CEO at Mind3, who specialise in getting business & leaders in sync with the true motivations of human behaviour. Mind3 co-create custom leadership development experiences for senior executives on issues of leadership, innovation and transformation. Ali is a seasoned facilitator at the most senior levels with a deep level of senior commercial experience, combined with expertise in applied neuroscience and a passion for diversity and inclusion.
Ali has led leadership programs in over 60 countries worldwide with a broad range of blue chip global firms, family owned and LLPs. Prior to founding Mind3, Ali was a founding partner of Europe for Pivot Leadership and VP of Global Client Strategy at Korn/Ferry International. Her early career was spent in strategy consulting with KPMG, and more entrepreneurial ventures including as part of the team that launched the first commercial television channel in the former Soviet Union.
Ali is a frequent speaker on applied neuroscience to high performance, collaboration and gender inclusion. She has also recently published ’TEAM-UP’ model, the applied neuroscience of high performance teams and has developed a learning series on applied neuroscience to business.
She holds an MBA and BA, is accredited in psychometric assessments with the British Psychological Society, an Accredited Coach and a Certified Practitioner of Applied Neuroscience. She also has patents pending for psychometrics in applied neuroscience. She is continuing her research and study of the field of neuroscience and digital transformation through HarvardX and into applied Artificial Intelligence at MIT. She lives in London with her family and is mum to three children.
