Astrid Behaghel is an electrical engineer with a 15èyear career in the energy sector. After a couple of years in the Oil&Gas business, working on offshore platforms in the North Sea, she worked for the Development Aid in Africa and Asia on improving the access to energy and electricity for the population. Five years ago, she joined BNP Paribas as a senior power expert. Within BNP Paribas, after advising the Bank on renewable energy projects in different parts of the World, she is now putting her efforts in supporting the clients of the Bank in their transition to a low carbon economy, by bringing her deep expertise of energy systems.
