Catherine Ladousse began her career with the Association of Francophone Universities before joining the Communications department of Credit Agricole in Paris, then in Cairo. In 1991, she became Communications Director at American Express Bank, France. She joined IBM in 1995 as Head of EMEA Media PCD before leading Communications in IBM France. She joined Lenovo in 2005 as ED EMEA of Communications leading corporate and executive communications and events. She co-founded the Women In Lenovo Leadership initiative in 2007. She is also the co-Founder and Chairman of a French women's network, Cercle InterElles sponsored by 12 blue-chip companies, in the Technology and Sciences space
