A French national, Jamila has been with Procter & Gamble for 18 years, working in a wide variety of industries for the Purchasing function. Based in Geneva, Jamila now designs and drives the Women Economic Empowerment program for the company, with a strong focus on enabling and supporting the millions of women who participate directly or indirectly in P&G’s global value chain. She does this in collaboration with many partners such as the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society, UNWomen, the GBC4WEE and WEConnect International. Jamila is a proud mum of 3 daughters. Her family and beliefs are fueling her passion for promoting gender equality in communities, workplace and marketplace.
