Description
Rafaèle Tordjman is the Founder and CEO of Jeito Capital, an independent investment firm dedicated to biotech and biopharma. A highly experienced investor in the life sciences with nearly 25 years’ experience, Rafaèle launched Jeito Capital in early 2020. Prior to this, she worked at Sofinnova Partners, initially as an analyst and later as Co-leader and Managing Partner with EUR1.5 million assets under management. Previously, Rafaèle worked as a research scientist at the Institut National de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM) in Cochin Hospital, Paris. Before joining INSERM, she was a medical doctor specializing in clinical haematology and Internal medicine as a five year fellow in Paris University Hospitals. Rafaèle holds a PhD in haematopoiesis and angiogenesis from the University Paris VII. Rafaèle is also the Founder and Chairman of the not-for-profit association W.I.T.H (Women Innovating Together in Healtcare) for promoting innovative healthcare driven by women
