From 2013 to 2017, Country Manager of Barclays Italy.
From 2010 to 2013, Founder and President of Valore D, association of leading companies supporting women in top positions, and founder of Project Gemma, enhancing women talent at the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
She started her career as a business lawyer for New York and Brussels top law firms.
Alessandra is a Stanford University alumna since 2018
and graduated cum laude from both Genoa University and New York University Law Schools.
