A year into her current role, she led the evolution of P&G’s diversity & inclusion strategy to equality & inclusion, which focuses on actions & outcomes for our employees, through our brands, with our business partners & in our communities. In 2016, she was recognized with P&G's inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Inspirational Leadership Award.. Shelly is an avid writer, storyteller, speaker, & humanist. Her first book, No Blanks, No Pauses, a mixture of memoir & poetry will be released in February 2021.
