Annette Young is a senior journalist and TV news presenter for France 24 English. She is also the host and creator of ‘The 51 Percent,‘ an award-winning show about women reshaping our world. Originally from Australia, she has reported from parts of Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In 2013, she was nominated as one of 20 inspirational global voices on women in the media. In 2018, she won the gold medal in broadcast journalism in the Ricardo Ortega prize awarded by the U.N. Correspondents Association for her work on ‘The 51 Percent.’
