Description
Marianne Laigneau is the Chairwoman of the Management Board of Enedis the major French Electricity Distribution System Operator (38,500 employees, 37 million customers) since Feb. 2020.
As member of EDF Group Executive Committee since 2007 she was previously in charge of EDF International Division (2017-2019), EDF Group Human Resources (2010-2017) and as Corporate Secretary (2007-2009). She joined EDF Group in January 2005 as General Counsel.
Graduated of the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Sèvres, the Ecole Nationale d’Administration and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, she joined the Council of State where she became Counsellor in 1995.
