Description
Dr Monique Nsanzabaganwa is Deputy Governor at National Bank of Rwanda and a former Cabinet Minister. She is a gender champion in her country and beyond as exemplified by her contribution on the Alliance for Financial Inclusion Gender Inclusive Finance Committee, the Women’s World Banking Africa Advisory Committee, and the Graça Machel Trust Expert Leader Group that advocates for African Women’s Financial Inclusion in the Digital Economy as we build back from Covid-19. She chairs New Faces New Voices Rwanda Chapter and actively leads to mainstream women’s specific needs in Covid-19 relief measures including Government of Rwanda’s Economic Recovery Fund managed by the Central Bank.
