Women, in particular, face higher rates of discrimination, hampering their career growth and overall company performance. Despite inclusive cultures being 35% more likely to outperform competitors, many DEI initiatives remain superficial. This session will explore the root causes of workplace toxicity and bias, presenting effective DEI practices and case studies to drive genuine change.
