As Vice President of P&G Asia Pacific Middle East & Africa’s Feminine Care business, Sonali serves women and girls in over 103 countries, leading an organization of over 1000 employees through a portfolio of brands; Always, Whisper & Tampax. Starting in the Marketing Department in P&G India, Sonali has been with P&G for over 21 years and has worked across multiple regions, categories and locations including India, Singapore & UAE.
Sonali believes strongly in being a Force for Female Good. She has been instrumental in Cannes Award Winning global campaigns like Ariel Share the Load, Whisper Touch the Pickle which seek to spark change and remove gender bias.
