Tayba Al Hashemi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Al Yasat Petroleum Operations Company, ADNOC’s newest joint venture operating company and its first partnership with CNPC. Al Yasat is responsible for two concession areas in Abu Dhabi. The offshore concession area is producing since March 2018, with further development planned. The offshore area consists of fields at Bu Haseer, Belbazem, Umm Al Dholou, Umm Al Salsal, and Yaser. The onshore concession area measures 7800 km², about twice the size of Dubai, and is located to the south west of Abu Dhabi. Exploration is ongoing to assess its full commercial potential.
