Donia Kaouach began her career in investment banking. In 2012, she developed an entrepreneurial project in the chemical industry. In 2015, she became politically involved in France and joined Alain Juppé's national campaign team. In June 2016, the think tank "Tunisian Proud" which brings together Tunisian women leaders. In July 2016, she co-founded the Autumn University of Tunisian and French Women.In 2017, she was appointed Executive Director of the Leaders for Peace Foundation by Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin, which brings together 38 international personalities committed to peace, such as Ban-Ki Moon, Irina Bokova and Moussa Faki.
