Calm Collective Asia

Co-Founder

Description

Alyssa co-founded Calm Collective Asia with two other friends during Singapore’s circuit breaker period. Combining her skills from her day job in content marketing with her passion for mental health advocacy, she leads the organisation’s content strategy. Having lost her husband to suicide, Alyssa is passionate about breaking the stigma against mental health so that people can get the courage to seek help for their mental health before it’s too late. Calm Collective Asia aims to do that by enabling communities and workplaces across Asia to support themselves and each other better, through our skills-focused programmes and training, as well as our community peer support programmes.
