Executive Committee Member and President of Geographic Regions for The Adecco Group, Ian leads Country Presidents of the Group’s 12 largest markets to accelerate collaboration and drive synergies across Global Business Units (Adecco, LHH, Akkodis). Ian is also President of Adecco Asia Pacific where he holds full accountability, including direct P&L responsibility for Adecco’s Workforce Solution business in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam as well as China, where he is a board member for the FESCO Adecco Joint Venture. An avid lifelong learner, Ian is pursuing his Doctorate degree at Singapore Management University.
