Ulrike Wieduwilt conducts senior-level assignments for clients in the fast moving consumer goods industry and in trade, retail, industrial natural resources and business services. Based in Singapore, Ulrike oversees operations in South East Asia with a particular focus on German Mittelstand. With more than 20 years of experience, she has completed numerous high-profile searches for board members and CEOs for companies globally, particularly in Germany and Asia. From 2014-2016, Ulrike was based in Shanghai where she conducted searches for multinational companies for their Chinese subsidiaries. Ulrike has conducted executive searches as part of our firm since 1999. She joined our firm from Eugen Block AG where she was Managing Director. Prior to that, she spent 10 years with Mars Inc., including time as a key account manager for several large German consumer trade chains such as Lidl, Kaufland and Tengelmann. Ulrike is also a member of the Board of Directors at the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany. "I am always looking for solutions with a high degree of diversity. In particular, companies that can increasingly not afford to let the valuable potential of women lie idle." Ulrike received her degree in economics from the University of Hamburg. In addition, she gained international working experience by doing a number of internships in France, Italy, and the U.S.. She is fluent in German and English and speaks some Chinese and French. Ulrike is also serving on the Nomination Committee Board of Russell Reynolds.
