Arvind is a Senior Digital Marketing Transformation, Innovation and Analytics expert with 25+ years of experience in multi-market regional/global programs. He has held Senior leadership roles at Kantar, GroupM, Dentsu International, Ebiquity and is currently Senior Partner with the global marketing foresight consultancy Gain Theory. Arvind helps companies unlock value by designing scalable innovation programs tapping into new capabilities as a growth catalyst. These include areas like Cloud Data & Analytics, AI, Customer Experience, eCommerce, Digital Marketing and Analytics practices and use of digital technologies like VR/AR, Voice Assistants, Chatbots to create Digital Business services. Arvind has helped design and lead programs using intrapreneurship initiatives, labs for rapid prototyping centered around design thinking and start-up collaborations. He successfully launched Dentsu International’s first global AI Lab in Singapore and developed 4 products and scaled them across 10 markets globally. Arvind has mentored over 100 start-ups in the areas of growth marketing, customer strategy and partnerships. He is currently a mentor for SMU's Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and evangelizes responsible use of Artificial Intelligence with his think tank The AI Living Lab.
