Description

Jacqui Miranda is the Head of Corporate Segment, SMC, Microsoft Asia with over 23 years of field and regional experience including partner and sales management, P&L management, product management, marketing operations as well as government engagement. Prior to this role, she was General Manager of the Microsoft Surface Business Group at the Asia Pacific headquarters and held several other regional and country leadership roles at Microsoft across the Windows and Devices Business Group, Office Business Group, OEM Division and MSN. Jacqui is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, chaired the Asia Pacific Women at Microsoft Council and co-chaired the Allyship at Microsoft D&I Council with the work of the team shortlisted for the Women in IT Summit & Awards Series - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Category 2021. She was also a finalist in the inaugural Channel Asia Women in ICT Awards 2020. Prior to Microsoft, she was with eAsia, a joint venture between 24/7 Media, China dotcom and Yahoo! Jacqui holds an executive MBA from the London Business School, UK and an MBA from Charles Sturt University, Australia. Having a strong sense of curiosity and desire for lifelong learning, she is a professional blackbelt coach, completed executive courses with INSEAD, Wharton Business School and Kellogg School of Management for Challenger Insights Selling, Helping Customers through Business Model Innovation, Online Business Strategy & Financial Acumen and Strategic Marketing Management. She is an accredited Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Outside of work, Jacqui is an avid traveller and foodie, enjoys lifting weights and spending time with her family.
