In 2022, fuelled by her passion for advancing women's health, Navneet made a pivotal transition into FemTech. Recognising the untapped potential in this burgeoning sector, she assembled a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing comprehensive support to FemTech founders. Their services span specialized consulting, in-depth research, market entry guidance, mentorship, and valuable networking opportunities, creating a fertile ground for innovation and growth. One of Navneet's landmark achievements in 2023 was the launch of 'The Femtech Coffee Table Book,' a first-of -its-kind project that spotlights market trends, and groundbreaking solutions in the women's health tech sector. This publication serves as a testament to her commitment to elevating the discourse surrounding women's health technology, shedding light on the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. She also hosts “The Femtech India Podcast”, to amplify the voices of founders, innovators, policymakers, and public health professionals in the FemTech space. Through insightful conversations and thought-provoking discussions, the podcast serves as a catalyst for driving meaningful change, creating awareness and fostering collaboration within the industry. Navneet's influence extends beyond national borders, as evidenced by her representation of India at the prestigious MedFemTech Congress in Paris in 2023. Serving as an advisor, she shared insights into India's burgeoning femtech landscape, emphasising a solutions-oriented approach to addressing key challenges. Additionally, her role as a Task Force Member during India's G20 presidency underscored her commitment to driving digital innovation for global economies, as demonstrated at the G20-DIA Summit in Bengaluru. Navneet’s work also focuses on building relationships with various Indian government bodies. Early this year, she was the advisor to the Department of Women and Child Development in Madhya Pradesh state, where she worked on women’s welfare programs including the Ladli Behna Yojana, a pioneering government initiative that provides monthly sustenance to young women, especially from underserved communities. FemTech India has also been voted as the best organisation for women by an initiative launched by the Economic Times and Femina and other varies awards.
