Since joining Shiseido in 2006 as Finance Director for Travel Retail Asia Pacific, Soo Churn has risen to Vice President, leading global Finance & Operations. Under her leadership, she has been instrumental in supporting Shiseido Travel Retail's rapid expansion and revenue growth, solidifying Shiseido Group's duty-free business. Notably, she provided steady leadership during the global pandemic's volatility. A true change champion, Soo Churn has spearheaded efforts to streamline processes and establish a foundation for sustainable, long-term success. Through FOCUS, Shiseido Group's global business transformation program, Soo Churn is leading the simplification and standardization of business processes and data across the entire value chain, ensuring that Shiseido Travel Retail is well-positioned for continued growth and innovation.
