Description

Omuoy has been in Digital Transformation, education, empowerment and community for 12 years. She is an advocate and influencer for women and girls in digital technology education, and has been actively involved in pioneering initiatives in this field since 2012. In addition to her entrepreneurship journey, through her community work inTechnovation, around 5,000 girls have been trained with technology and entrepreneurship. Omuoy holds master's degree in Science and Technology (Software Engineering) and has certified ASIA leadership from Japan and business innovation in the United States. She also had the privilege of being part of the IVLP, U.S Prestige leadership in United State which focused on entrepreneurship is the engine of prosperity and sustainability. Omuoy has been awarded as a world outstanding Technovation global leader for the year 2018, the only one selected from around 100 Technovation leaders from all over the world. She has also been awarded Women ASEAN leader of 2020, the National Award for Women in the Technology Community by the Ministry of Telecommunications in 2019, and has been highly commended by Women of the Future Southeast ASIA in 2024.
