Grace is a Consultant and Trainer with GoImpact Capital Partners, passionate about driving awareness and action about Sustainability in business. Together with the multi-talented GoImpact team, she engages with Corporates, Business Associations and Education Institutions to accelerate the Sustainability Development Agenda from intention to implementation. Grace is a technology savvy business executive and respected change agent, with more than 20 years experience in corporate multinationals, and 5 years experience as CEO and President at technology startups. Listed as Singapore 100 Women In Tech (SG100WIT) 2021, she is recognised for her leadership in leading global teams & startups to drive growth through partnerships, advocating technology as an enabler in business transformation, and fostering crosscultural team collaboration to drive positive business outcomes. Grace is also a Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Senior Accredited Director with more than 5 years experience as Independent Board Director and in Advisory roles. She currently serves on 2 SGX-listed Boards (MTQ Corporation Limited and YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited), a non-listed Singapore technology SaaS company (SQL View Pte Ltd), and on the Singapore National Library Board’s (NLB) Digital Services & Customer Experience Advisory Council. Grace holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the National University of Singapore. Her industry certifications include SID Listed Entity (LED) Program, Executive Diploma in Directorship (SID-SMU Program), Advanced Certificate in “Driving Sustainability for the Future: The Future of Work through a Sustainable Lens” from the Singapore Management University (SMU), certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt. Grace is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys her weekly K-pop Fitness and Aqua Aerobics sessions. She is also certified as an Aerobics Instructor, a Physical Trainer and a Yoga Instructor, so that she is knowledgeable about training safely and effectively

Given existing inequalities in education between genders, how can we ensure that women have access to learning around cryptocurrency, blockchain and other financial technologies which have gone from fringe technologies to widely adopted financial tools?
