Caitlin founded Women at the Table (w@tt), a global gender equality & democracy Civil Society Organization based in Geneva, Switzerland in 2015. w@tt focuses on advancing feminist systems change by leveraging points in the economy, sustainability, democratic governance and technology, by using the prism of technology, innovation & AI. Caitlin also co-founded the International Gender Champions in 2015, a leadership network of decision-makers breaking down gender barriers for system change which now has hubs in Geneva, New York, Vienna, Nairobi, Paris & The Hague. In 2019, she co-founded the < A+ > Alliance, a global coalition championing Inclusive AI & Affirmative Action for Algorithms in order to build gender and racial equality in a world where machine learning does not wire an already biased system into our future.
The Alliance was a 2021 selection of the Paris Peace Forum, and is leader of the UN Women Generation Equality Forum Action Coalition for Technology & Innovation for Gender Equality.
