She held several general management or Clevel positions in Abbott, Grupo Fleury and Johnson & Jonhson . Mariana is an Engineer and has a Kellogg MBA degree . She dedicates time for mentoring and corporate governance initiatives as a mean to enable economic grow and sustainability to the society and participated in activities such as EY Winning Women Program , Endevour , YPO mentoring. as a member of American Chamber corporate governance and CEO Committee, IBGC Family Business committee .
