Monika is HR Director leading Talent Practice for Europe at P&G. Her scope includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Analytics & Insights and Diversity & Inclusion. She leads the talent strategy formulation and execution for P&G Europe. During the course of her career, Moni has worked in Hungary and the Netherlands with multi-country responsibilities. Based in Geneva since 2008 in regional roles, she has developed a reputation for strategic focus, innovative & analytical thinking as well as pragmatic operationalization of interventions. She has developed deep experience in talent development, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, culture change and organization analytics.
