Cecile is part of the Accenture Global Inclusion and Diversity Center of Expertise where she leads I&D programs implementation cross-Business and geographies with an objective to achieve gender balance by 2025.
She has launched and driven key programs globally across all our Geographies, specifically women in STEM, LGBT, Persons with Disabilities, Cross-Cultural Diversity, Ethnicity and integration of I&D into Accenture HR processes.
Cecile has joined Accenture in 1998 in the consulting practice where she lead multiple change management projects in the financial services and private banking specifically.
