Description
Lawyer since 1997, he joined the law firm Clifford Chance in 1995, and then moved to the Intermediaries Division of Consob in 1997 for a year. He then returned to Clifford Chance where he became partner in 2003. In 2009 he was among the founding members of RCCD law firm, with offices located in Milan, Rome, and London, where he still works as partner. Chair of Enel’s Board of Directors since May 2020, he also chairs Enel’s Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. He is member of the Italian Corporate Governance Committee, Co-Chair of the B20 Italy 2021 “Integrity & Compliance” Task Force and member of the Committee of Market Operators and Investors set up by Consob.
