Carole Bienaimé Besse is Commissionner and exective board member of Arcom -Autorité de Régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique-. Arcom is the France’s communications regulator. It regulates the TV, radio, video on demand, online video platforms, and social networks sectors. She was designated by the President of the French Senate and elected by the Education and Culture Commission of the French Senate, in January 2017. Previously she was a producer, a top executive of television and film production companies. For her career Carole Bienaimé Besse was awarded Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite by President Emmanuel Macron. Upgraded Officier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by Minister of Culture Roselyne Bachelot.
