Description
Madelyn Flores is the Senior Lead of Lean In Programs for US, LATAM, and Europe for LeanIn.Org, part of the Sheryl Sandberg and Dave Goldberg Foundation.
In her role, she oversees all of Lean In's global programs and the strategy for bringing Lean In's toolkit of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs to companies. Madelyn's team supports thousands of organizations worldwide–across all industries and sizes–to close the gender leadership gap and build more equal and inclusive workplaces.
Prior to joining Lean In, Madelyn spent her early career in consulting and global digital strategy after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. Madelyn volunteers her time with the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) as a strategic advisor to advance Latina professional development outside of work.
