Description
Barnaby is a partner at Russell Reynolds, based in Paris and leading assessment, recruitment and leadership consulting engagements across the globe. An experienced leader with over 25 years in strategy, finance, M&A, alliances and change management roles within blue-chip companies and professional services firms, he is a member of the Firm's Industrial Practice and as such works across all industry sectors, from automotive to green hydrogen.
Barnaby received a B.A. in art history from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He bilingual in French and English, and is conversant in German, Italian and Spanish.
