Description
Rich is a Managing Director in Lazard’s Capital Markets Advisory group, where he leads the European practice for advising corporate clients on a broad range of equity markets topics, including preparing for and responding to shareholder activism and unsolicited approaches, strategic investor relations (shareholder base enhancement, Investor Relations program development, etc.), ESG considerations and other investor related matters.
He is based in Paris and advises clients across Europe and globally. He joined Lazard in 2006, as part of the New York office, before moving to Europe in 2018.
Rich graduated from the United States Military Academy (B.S. in Mathematics, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering) and was an officer in the U.S. Army for six years, serving in the 173rd Airborne Brigade based in Italy. After his time in the military, he attended Harvard Business School prior to joining Lazard.
