Description
Isabelle Xoual, a Managing Director at Lazard, based in Paris, is a member of the Executive Committees of Lazard in France overlooking the Financial Advisory and Asset Management operations. For the last 35 years, she has been providing investment banking advisory support (M&A, defense against activists, restructuring, …) to a wide variety of international clients (involving large state-owned companies, private and public groups and financial sponsors ) in many different sectors (Food and Consumer, healthcare services, industrials). She is now co-heading Lazard’s Financial Advisory Capital Goods coverage in Europe. She has been sponsoring the Rising Talent Program at the Women’s Forum since 2018. Prior to her investment banking experience at Lazard and Rothschild, she was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman and graduated from ESSEC (Masters Degree, France).
