Emma Matebalavu is a Partner and Global Head of Financial Markets at Clifford Chance. She specialises in real estate finance and all types of structured debt. Emma advises on loan portfolio disposals, acquisitions and financings, CMBS transactions and senior and mezzanine loan origination acting for a range of lenders and sponsors.
