Description

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Pauline Avenel-Lam has more than ten years of experience in communication within the L’Oréal Group, particularly focusing on the design of brand platforms and CSR strategies. She notably contributed to the launching of several brand causes such as Biotherm’s Water Lovers and Lancôme’s Write Her Future, an initiative advocating for the fight against illiteracy. In 2018, Pauline Avenel-Lam joined the Corporate Responsibility’s Communication Department, working toward the outreach of environmental and societal programs of the L’Oréal Group and the Fondation L’Oréal. In 2022, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Fondation L’Oréal’s Inclusive Beauty Program and the L’Oréal Fund for Women.
