Description
Emmanuelle, CEO of the NGO Social Builder, is passionate about solutions and skills to foster social innovation and create a more inclusive society. Her mission is to bring a long-term contribution to gender equality in the workplace and more specifically in the digital sector.
She graduated from Neoma Business School and Dauphine University in Sociology of innovation. She specialized in the process of gender diversity building in decision-making circles. She found herself multiple times at the crossroad between CSR and the digital sector.
In 2011, she founded the association Social Builder with the ambition that equality related topics will enter at the heart of all stakeholders’ preoccupations.
As an expert on subjects related to diversity, entrepreneurship and Tech issues, Emmanuelle speaks during conferences and in the media on a regular basis.
in 2014, of the Fulbright fellowship in 2018 for her role in promoting inclusive leadership in the digital economy. She received the French National Order of Merit from the French Minister of the digital transition and electronic communications in 2022. She is a founding member of the Femmes@Numérique foundation. She represents Social Builder globally as an International Gender Champion and at the UN Women Forum Generation Equality as an action coalition leader. In 2022, she joined the Goalkeepers community of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, a collective of changemakers committed to achieve the Global Goals for Sustainable Development established by the United Nations.
