Theo Scubla is the co-founder and CEO of each One, a social enterprise that trains and connects refugees and companies. He founded the company based on the strong convictions that everybody, whatever their origins, has a value and that migration is not the movement of misery, but the movement of talent.
each One’s mission is to fill the gap between refugees, the job market, and society.
In 5 years, Theo and his team of 60 employees have enabled more than 2500 people to find a job up to their expectations while engaging 30+ huge companies with impressive results for all stakeholders, normalizing the recruitment of refugees and newcomers and showing businesses that it is a meaningful investment.
