Philippine de T’Serclaes is Dassault Systèmes’ Chief Sustainability Officer. As the Group CSO, she leads the company’s sustainability strategy, ambition and engagement; as well as the development of the Group’s sustainability solutions’ portfolio & business deployment. Philippine has 20 years of international experience. She is a Senior Business Executive with focused experience in Business Development, Sustainability, Strategic Engagement, Partnership Deployment & Sustainable Finance. Most recently she was working as Global Vice President – Strategic Partnerships at Schneider Electric, where she worked in several positions in c-level engagement, sustainable finance, thought leadership, advisor to the Chairman & CEO, and partnerships development. She started her career in international finance (Rotschild, J.P.Morgan) and worked at the OECD/ International Energy Agency as Senior Finance Advisor. Philippine de T’Serclaes has authored numerous publications and speaks regularly at major conferences that have included the World Economic Forum, Davos, Sustainable Energy Week, Al Gore’s Advisors Summit, and Asia Clean Energy Forum. She currently serves as a board member of the think tank BSI Economics. Philippine de T’Serclaes earned a BA in international relations from McGill University, an MSc in law and finance from the London School of Economics, and a Ph.D. in economics from the Sorbonne University.
