Paula Kweskin is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, writer and human rights attorney. She believes in the power of media and the arts to advocate for change. Paula is the founder and director of The 49%, a global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing global women's rights through media and film.
Paula's films have been featured in several international film festivals and distributed on Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, DirecTV and Al-Hurra, among other international platforms.
Paula received a J.D. and B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds and LL.M in Human Right and International Law from Hebrew University.
