Description
After graduating successively from the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Sciences Po Paris and the ENA, Maud Bailly began her career at the Inspection Générale des Finances and joined the SNCF in 2011 to become Director of the Gare Montparnasse, before joining the cabinet of Prime Minister Manuel Valls, to become Head of the economic and digital pole. In April 2017, she joined Accor, where she was appointed Chief Digital Officer, member of the Executive Committee, in charge of Digital, Data, Information Systems, Distribution, Sales and Customer Experience. In October 2020, Maud became CEO of the Southern Europe Hub, with the mission of operating and developing the Group’s business in France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Malta and Israel. As a member of the Executive Committee, she was responsible for both operational performance and the quality of customer and partner relations in this strategic area of nearly 1,900 hotels. Finally, in October 2022, she becomes CEO of Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems Collection brands worldwide within the group’s new Luxury division.
